About The Role...


Reporting to the Inventory Controller, you will manage inventory levels of your allocated product categories within lead times and budgets to meet operational requirements.


At all times providing professional customer service to both internal and external customers that is aligned with the company's vision, mission and values.

Your main areas of focus will be;


Relationship Building - Building strong relationships with key suppliers and internal sales teams.


Planning Strategy - Manage inventory levels to remain within stock budgets and inventory turns targets


Purchasing / Production - Manage purchasing and production requirements for your product categories within required lead times to meet customer demands and maintain stock


Data Management - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and vendor details


Management Reporting - Prepare and maintain monthly reports and stock management reports


About You...
We are seeking an individual ready for the next step in their supply chain career.


Ideally you will have 4-5 years experience in an Inventory Assistant role (or similar) and be ready to step up to a role with more authority and responsibility.


You will need to be comfortable working to schedules and managing lead times to meet customer demand, be an excellent communicator and have a logical and proactive approach to your work.


This is an extremely interesting and rewarding role and will attract someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys working as part of a team.


Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
