Job Summary (purpose):


Reporting to the Pharmacy Customer Development Manager, this great role will be pivotal in accelerating growth in this strategic retailer, growing customer engagement and collaboration and building our brand penetration across the Awareness, Consideration, Purchase and Loyalty (ACPL) framework.


Playing a key role in the Customer Development team, this position is responsible for the execution of a truly omnichannel business plan.

Utilising strong analytical skills to gain insights, the CDE role is responsible for providing support to Pharmacy CDT in four key areas:


  • Creating a business leading digital culture
Being "great to business with" with Chemist Warehouse and other wholesalers and Independent Pharmacy retailers

Providing predictive analytics and Atlas ownership

Implementing big bet strategic imperatives with Chemist Warehouse

This role will work closely with Customer Development Manager, Shopper Development Manager, FST as well as cross-functionally. This role will also support the Pureplay Customer Development Manager.


Critical to this exciting role, is an ability to work within a cross functional team in a fast paced environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders.


This person will champion a growth mindset with strong ambitions to grow, underpinned by data, insights, best practice learning and collaboration.

Building a comprehensive understanding of the Pharmacy Ecosystem will be key, and it will be paramount to share the knowledge back to the organisation in order to unlock growth opportunities.

The role has great freedom to perform within the framework and suits a highly curious and passionate individual.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Execution of Big Bets
  • Lead predictive forecasting, analytics and Atlas ownership of promotional plans
  • Be a champion of Pharmacy Ecosystem which includes both online and offline channels to build a holistic plan
  • Work closely with Pharmacy Category Manager (CM), Assistant CM and BCC's
  • Crossfunctional engagement with Commercial Strategy, REX and CST teams
  • Identification of knowledge gaps and highlight to the wider Commercial team
  • Translation of analytics into relevant customer planning

Preferred Requirements:


  • Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
  • Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
