Your new role


As the Communication Consultant - Intermediary, you are responsible for ensuring the development of business, stakeholders and adviser communications are simple, compelling, on brand and targeted to the relevant audience.


Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Translate complex and technical concepts into simple and compelling communications ensuring they are market leading and compliant.
  • Communicate to members and nonmembers about transitions or mergers by producing and optimising assets including but not limited to initial notification, product and insurance information, education communications, welcome and onboarding as well as bespoke communications where appropriate.
  • Develop and optimise content for digital channels such as employer and adviser portals, adviser resources hub and online calculators. Continuously evaluate, assess, and improve communications across all touchpoints to increase digitisation of communications.

What you'll need

  • Superannuation background with at least 5 years multichannel communications experience
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs ontime and to budget
  • Welldeveloped ability in converting technical concepts into plain language
  • Extensive experience developing a wide variety of endtoend communications, including content writing, signoff management, design management, production, and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences
  • Welldeveloped problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills with an ability to work with multiple parties to achieve project outcomes Studying or have qualification in communications, marketing, or related field.
