The Role

English Language Teacher (VCE)

Commence as soon as possible in Term 1, 2024

Full-time position


This teaching role is an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate educators committed to providing the Senior School students with a well-rounded education.


  • Selection criteria: _
  • Ability to teach VCE English or English Language
  • Graduates accepted and encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience in successfully planning, organising and delivering educational programs
  • Ability to foster nurturing and positive relationships with students to cater for their needs
  • Demonstrated competence in classroom management
  • Understanding of explicit and differentiated instruction
  • Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, best practice teaching & learning, and innovation
  • Ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students

Relevant qualifications and experience:


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in education or equivalent qualification(s)
  • Hold VIT registration or be eligible
  • Full working rights for Australia
