Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Extrusion Manager to join a growing and dedicated team. Working at our Regency Park manufacturing facility, you will be a part of the busy operations.

Utilise your leadership experience and great organisational skills to help support and strengthen the day-to-day aspects of the Extrusion Department and aid in leading the team in its overall performance.

Qualifications:

This role is a permanent fulltime role and requires the following to be successful.

Must have proven Plastics Extrusion experience
Blown film extrusion experience preferred
Experience in Polymer Extrusion or Polymer Processing will be advantageous if Blown Film Extrusion experience isn't applicable
A strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and attention to detail
A superior sense of urgency
The ability to aid in liaising with other relative departments
A positive attitude and ability to take ownership of your work
Motivation and drive to exceed targets and meet required timeframes
The ability to work in a team environment and maintain harmonious labour relations
Willingness to continually improve the way you operate, and your working environment.

Along with strengthening and supporting the Extrusion team, your new role will include assisting in the below areas:

Risk control
WHS&E and business risk
Scheduling
Waste Management
Staffing/Training
Documentation/Trouble Shooting
Quality Control
Compliance to food safety and other industry standards
Ontime delivery of 'in specification' products to customers
Monitoring employee behaviour
Ensuring all employees are aware of the security and safety procedures
The ongoing support of the entire company
