Training Specialist - NSW Government
Initial contract until 30th March possible extension

Hybrid Sydney CBD & WFH

$700 - $799 per day + super


Key accountabilities:


  • Take deep dive into platform and how it works, determining what audiences would need to know
  • Partner with SMEs and program team to identify who needs to be trained and materials required for each training audience
  • Create training schedule, modules and materials modules for all user groups (classroom training, system demonstrations, eLearning modules, participant activities, virtual presentations and training manuals)
  • Road test all training materials and session modules with relevant management/business representatives before training is rolled out
  • Facilitate training sessions (both classroom and virtual
  • Create posttraining surveys for participants and assess/report on feedback
  • Manage storage of training materials

Selection criteria:


  • Relevant tertiary level qualifications
  • Previous experience delivering multiple
    IT system training programs:
  • Strong experience with
    Articulate 360:
  • Ability to develop
    and facilitate learning programs/sessions
  • Experience with both classroomstyle and virtual training
  • Handson approach
  • Cando attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
