Our client, a rapidly expanding piling and foundations contractor with offices located in Perth and interstate, is seeking a highly experienced Piling Supervisor to join their busy team.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in Supervision / Foreman Roles within the piling industry
Casing and polymer mix drilling experience for gov/rail jobs
Proven Site Supervisor experience in the piling and/or ground engineering industry
Experience in major deep foundation and retention projects
Strong knowledge of CFA, Bored Pier and D-Wall Piling projects
Solid experience in construction / engineering within the infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams and drive progress
Experience managing dynamic piling crews
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, working crews and governing bodies
Strong recordkeeping skills and focus on adhering to high WHS standards
Must have full Australian work rights, a valid driver's license, and a white card

The role will involve setting up construction sites, managing heavy plant, equipment, and labor allocation, regular client liaison and site meetings, supervising the piling crew, and ensuring WHS records and site records are kept up to date.
