Accounts Payable OfficerPermanent full-time position
Hybrid model - Cabrini Corporate Office Hawthorn East & WFH
Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free each year, plus meal & entertainment card
The Role
The Accounts Payable Officer will working on accounts payable and general clerical duties within the Finance Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and payments.
- Administration duties such as filing, and photocopying.
- Establish good communications with other staff and departments.
- Respond to Supplier queries.
- Report to and consult with the Accounts Payable Manager regarding relevant issues.
- Respond to briefing requests from the Accounts Payable Manager, Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer as required.
You will have:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with both internal and external parties
- Understanding of accounting and finance methodologies eg GL code, debit/credit, PO matching.
- JDE and/or large ERP experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to use sound judgement when dealing with resolution of account queries.
- Ability to communicate and have a professional demeanour at all times.
