This generalist marketing position is dedicated to being the 'voice of the customer' to develop marketing and communications strategies for a specific business unit/product line within the company.

Key tasks will include researching client needs, executing campaigns, building product awareness and generating leads.

Working collaboratively with the broader marketing team as well as being in regular communications with Product Managers, Sales teams, Account Managers and Operations staff, key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Create effective communications to engage with target business audiences addressing customer needs and key value proposition
  • Source and write content for presentations, whitepapers, case studies and blogs that align with the product thought leadership plan
  • Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to generate leads enabling sales and account managers to facilitate solutionsbased conversations with clients and prospects
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products
  • Arrange key events in conjunction with the Events Specialist
  • Understand the competitive landscape, developing expertise on competitor positioning
  • Collaborate with product management and the broader marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report back on ROI, roadblocks and / or required changes
  • Understand and support sales channels, developing internal tools as well as external collateral and training sales channels on how / when to use
  • Manage daytoday partner relationships and executing partner agreements
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders; internal leaders, sales and account managers, clients and strategic partners
