Description

Core objectives include:

  • Manages invoicing, including credit processing, order entry, delivery bookings, and POD requests greets customers and vendors as required
  • Answers and screens incoming calls
  • Assists with organising catering, company functions and client entertainment
  • Collects and distributes mail and other correspondence
  • Scans documentation and allocates to correct staff, including vendor invoices, statements and correspondence
  • Maintains meeting rooms, kitchen and office supplies
  • QA record customer complaints and liaise with QA re next steps
  • Ensure customer delivery requirements are fulfilled and delivered on time
  • Liaise with internal managers re stock replenishment to meet customer orders
  • New and Existing customer enquires and support
  • Assists with event planning and attend offsite events to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
  • Assists Directors and wider team on all office logístical, administrative and financial matters
  • Performs other duties as required for the efficient running of the office
  • Filing of orders, supplier invoices and credits;
  • Maintenance of internal spreadsheets and petty cash
  • Ensures company supplies are up to date; food, stationery, post office pick up and drop off
  • Liaises with outward bound freight providers regarding issues as they arise and work through to resolution

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- telephone sales: 2 years (preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
