About the role
As an Organisational Consultant you will support the delivery of the People and Culture strategy through identifying, designing, and implementing organisational change initiatives to improve employee experience and overall organisational performance.
Working with our People and Culture Business Partners and Leadership teams you will offer creative solutions across the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on driving an innovative employee engagement agenda.

A proven track record of understanding complex issues and design solutions to address these
Meticulous about putting people at the heart of solving problems using Human Centred Design
A confident facilitator and have experience in holding a space for creativity, learning, and know how to get the best out of a diverse group
A contribution to or have led design and delivery of learning and development solutions including facilitating groups in a learning context
A proven track record of managing end to end Organisational Development projects
A strong consultative skills and have stakeholder management experience across all levels of leadership
A self-starter, inspired by the possibilities when faced with ambiguity and are fearless about speaking your mind to challenge the status quo
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Org Psych
This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid WFH/Office position with flexibility on location.
