About the role

Within our close knit and supportive Procurement team, the Procurement and Contracts Officer role assists and supports the with low value procurement contracts, contract management, records management, report coordination and contracts data base administration.


On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:

  • Plan and prepare procurement and contract management reports and correspondence.
  • Assist people within internal business units with their procurement queries.
  • Store and manage records in our database management system (Content Manager).


This role reports into Paul Caile (Senior Reporting & Business Analyst) who started at LXRP in our graduate program Paul has 5 years' experience in the procurement and reporting space and is very focused on supporting staff to enable to do their best at work.

Our Procurement team are a fun and bubbly bunch, they are amazing at what they do and are continually recognising awesome efforts.

A few of the fun events this team takes part in are the quarterly thumbs up awards, handy pot awards and even took part in a Tim Tam taste off

At LXRP we embrace and encourage flexibility, as such, this role will be performed in a hybrid capacity, a mix of office and home.

Our office is based in the Melbourne CBD.
This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $91,418 - $103,725 + superannuation.
About you
You are a highly organised admin super star with the ability to build and foster positive relationships with others.

You'll need to be confident using Microsoft Office suite programs such as word and excel (you'll be using these daily).

You might have previous experience with procurement processes, contract management or records management.
