About The Role:
Working as part of a family business, we are seeking an Office Manager in Richlands. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Understand the important of serving as a confidant to the CEO
- Can effectively support other leaders
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Managing databases
- Other ad hoc duties
- Good computer skills
- Above average Microsoft Office suite skills
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Xero experience (desirable)
- CRM experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
