We are seeking a

Research Fellow:
Acute and Critical Care to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.

What you need to succeed

  • Completion of, or progress towards a post graduate research qualification in nursing/midwifery or a related field (health services research, health economics, implementation science, epidemiology, public health).
  • Demonstrated experience researching, evaluating and/or facilitating the implementation of complex healthcare changes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing research proposals and writing reports, conference papers and peerreview articles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both as a team and independently.
  • Understanding of implementation science, evidencebased practice, knowledge translation, and quality improvement.
To be eligible for appointment to this role, you will possess the following:

  • Registered or registerable as a nurse/midwife with the Australian Health Professions Regulation Agency (or international equivalent), and additional certification required for ongoing clinical practice or clinical supervision (blue card, CPR, first aid, and full vaccination including an approved COVID19 vaccine).
