The Role


This opportunity has become available due to company growth and provides a unique opportunity for the successful applicant to expand their sales career within the prosperous land development industry.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate will work alongside to the Estate Managers to assist in the management of enquiries and sales conversion.


Key duties of this role include:

  • Respond to the enquires to deliver conversion of qualified customer leads to sale in line with KPI's
  • Effectively respond to pre and post sales queries for Parcel Land Estates in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain a broad understanding of all Parcel Land Estates and the opportunity proposition
  • Maintain awareness on upcoming, current and future sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and within set timeframes
  • Attend functions in line with the Builder Engagement Strategy
  • Maintain a consistent presence within the Parcel office and within Display Villages

You
To be considered for the role you must possess:

  • Experience working within Land Development or Real Estate, with exposure to sales and customer relations
  • The commitment to flexible working hours with the ability to work autonomously
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and passionate
  • An effective team player that is approachable and can build relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • C Class Drivers License
  • Be able to communicate in a professional manner
  • Holds a Real Estate Registration or, can obtain a Real Estate Registration
