The role:

Our client needs an experienced Technical Writer to assist with technical writing needs for a new vocational education and training data collection and reporting system:

Review/correct system, process and training documentation
Produce the technical, system, testing, reporting and training documentation
Production of high level and detailed design and requirements specifications
Production of QA documentation software test plans and reports, defect reports
:
Development of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to meet change management requirements
Production of project artefacts appropriate to the project management and software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile sprints)
Production of user documentation instructional and technical manuals, assessments, installation guides, user manuals and training guides
Production and review of system documentation product and process documentation appropriate to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
