Description
As our Project Officer (Governance and Stakeholder Engagement) you will:

  • Provide project support to the Project Manager and Stakeholder Engagement Manager and undertake related duties supporting the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Support advocacy for initiatives in a way that maintains their project momentum and that includes and engages others.
  • Clarify project requirements and factors driving and impacting on the project with senior manager and/or project sponsor and/or stakeholder.
  • Develop and manage project communications such as regular reporting to sponsor/s, updates to stakeholders, project events (e.g. product launches) etc.
  • Oversee document quality and document management standards including effective filing systems to support efficient storage and retrieval e.g. Development and implementation of document management procedures, version control protocols etc.
  • Draft clear, concise, highquality documents (including but not limited to submissions, proposals, reports, information sheets, communiques, meeting minutes) designed to support clear and consistent communication in ways appropriate to each reading audience.

What you will bring:


  • Experience in managing projects using Prince 2 methodology or similar would be well regarded.
  • Experience in communication, engagement or other relevant experience would be well regarded.
