The Role
Programmed Energy & Resources is currently seeking a
Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry.

Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines.

This role is a 40hr week, Monday - Friday located in our new office in Welshpool.


The main responsibilities of this roles are:

  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Assist and getting trained in how to recruit high volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns and labour hire across Western Australia
  • Maintaining mobilisation trackers
  • Manage the onboarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through preemployment requirements inc. D&A testing.
  • Interpretation of awards and EBA's
  • Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience

Skills and Experience:


  • 2+ years experience within Administration
  • Competent in use of MS Office
  • Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Strong computer and administration skills
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and followthrough within a fastpaced environment with multiple and competing demands
