We are seeking a Manager, Integrated Transport Services to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.

About the area

Campus Services is responsible for managing a range of support services across the university including QUT Bookshop, Retail and Commercial Operations, Security and Emergency Management, Estate Planning, Travel and Integrated Transport Services.

What you need to succeed

Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in the management of integrated transport services.
Knowledge and proven experience in contemporary transport strategic planning, policy and procedures.
Demonstrated and proven experience in the effective and efficient management of service providers, commercial contracts and financial budget performance.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate and maintain productive, collaborative and outcomesfocused relationships to anticipate and negotiate changes in stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Proven team leadership and managerial skills with experience in building and maintaining a coherent team culture focused on achieving organisational goals, process optimisation and high level service delivery.
Highlevel analytical and organisational skills that demonstrate an ability to gather, manipulate and interpret information from multiple sources in order to solve complex strategic and operational problems.
Ability to work as a key member of the senior management team in a large, diverse organisation
