We are seeking a Manager, Integrated Transport Services to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.

About the area


Campus Services is responsible for managing a range of support services across the university including QUT Bookshop, Retail and Commercial Operations, Security and Emergency Management, Estate Planning, Travel and Integrated Transport Services.


What you need to succeed

  • Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience in the management of integrated transport services.
  • Knowledge and proven experience in contemporary transport strategic planning, policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrated and proven experience in the effective and efficient management of service providers, commercial contracts and financial budget performance.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate and maintain productive, collaborative and outcomesfocused relationships to anticipate and negotiate changes in stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Proven team leadership and managerial skills with experience in building and maintaining a coherent team culture focused on achieving organisational goals, process optimisation and high level service delivery.
  • Highlevel analytical and organisational skills that demonstrate an ability to gather, manipulate and interpret information from multiple sources in order to solve complex strategic and operational problems.
  • Ability to work as a key member of the senior management team in a large, diverse organisation
