Change Manager | 12 Month Maximum Term Role | Sydney Based Team (Hybrid Working)

You'll be responsible for

  • Performing change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.
  • Leading or contribute to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.
  • Identifying and addressing potential peoplerelated risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.
  • Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.
  • Conducting readiness assessments to prepare employees for the transition to new work practices.

About you

  • Demonstrated change management experience within a complex/large corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing largescale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.
  • Experience with managing technology/system implementation projects is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Possesses a keen attention to detail, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately, and swiftly identifying errors or inconsistencies within information.
