Our client is specialist in financial services and use the latest technology and strategies to support their customers. Now, due to recent growth, they are looking to expand their team with a new Investments Officer.The Role
As an Investment Officer you will be responsible for providing a high level of client service and administration services to members, advisers, trustees and various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to:- Reporting on various activities including share & managed fund transactions
- Assisting the Investments Specialist in quality checking
- Liaising with stockbrokers regarding cash & trade settlements
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Processing investment switches, share trades and managed fund transactions
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Financial Services and knowledge of the ASX (HIGHLY regarded)
- Strong reporting & reconciliation skills
- Ability to plan and organise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
