Join us for an exciting 3 month opportunity to lead the delivery of social media content and campaigns for a dynamic healthcare organisation in Victoria We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to drive engagement and promote our mission of delivering world-leading, patient-focused healthcare to the Victorian community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organisational objectives and target audiences.
  • Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and narratives, for various social media platforms.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of relevant content.
  • Monitor and moderate social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Analyse social media insights to inform future content and campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support community engagement and enhance our reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Tertiary qualification in communication, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media analytics.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Security checks, including police records and Working with Children Check, may be required.
  • Flexibility to travel within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria as needed.
