Our client is a luxury automotive brand with a great immediate opportunity for a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join their existing team.
As the Pre-Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible of undertaking several functions relating to the preparation of vehicles prior to delivery to customers and the management of new vehicle demonstrator fleet.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of vehicles prior to display and sale.
- Manage the New Vehicle demonstrator fleet.
- Assist Delivery Coordinator with the vehicle preparation prior and postdelivery.
- Ensure all registrations are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Accurately complete and provide all documentation as required.
- Communicate with Delivery Coordinator to ensure delivery time of the vehicle is suitable to client's request.
- Manage the movement of demos which are rolled to used cars.
- Drive showroom presentation and vehicles at dealership standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education at least to HSC
- Unrestricted drivers license
- Motor Vehicle dealership experience
- Hospitality experience
- Customer service experience
