The Role and You...

As the Manager in Ballarat, you will be experienced in retail management and being the face of the brand.

From the meet and greet of your client, you will also play a huge part in building this business within a beautiful community.

You will lead from the front with your team and consistently strive to provide a high level of customer service.

For success in this role you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about fashion as a hands on and inspirational leader who is available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Skills & Experience...

Womens Fashion Management experience is essential
Passion to deliver outstanding service and a love of styling clients
Good knowledge of KPI's and sales budgets, reports.
Amazing personal presentation and visual merchandising skills
Great time management and communication skills
Selfmotivated and dynamic: can you inspire your team to succeed
Focus on your own learning, development and career progression
