The Opportunity:
Halletts have an opportunity for a highly professional and motivated individual to join their team as a full-time, permanent receptionist.

The Role:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing all inbound calls, including arranging client meetings and updating Partner's calendars
- Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings and setting up meeting rooms
- Maintaining and updating client databases, including setting up new clients, ordering new companies and trusts, using various software and thirdparty sites
- Processing Credit Card payments; handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Maintaining a high standard of the orderliness of the communal spaces, including kitchen and common area space
The Ideal Person:
- Professional presentation and a customer service attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- ATO portal and Xero experience desirable but not essential
- An understanding of the importance of processes and procedures and maintaining accurate files
- Ability to learn and trouble IT and equipment issues
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
Salary / Rate:
- $50k - $60k + 10.5% Superannuation (depending on experience)
- Permanent position
