Description
Hudson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a large organisation as a Data Analyst.In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing criminal justice system data, providing valuable insights, and supporting evidence-based decision-making for the successful delivery of the program in the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform detailed analysis of criminal justice system data to create forecasts and modeling reports.
- Aggregate data and identify trends to support the Program Team in making informed decisions.
- Conduct statistical analysis of data related to various aspects of projects, operations, and activities.
- Develop reports, business cases, submissions, briefings, and correspondence.
- Lead the creation of audiencerelevant data visuals, including dashboards, reports, graphics, and similar.
- Assist CCSO Projects in developing highlevel reporting documents such as Operational Forecasts, Workforce requirements, and strategic dashboards.
- Clearly articulate data context, interpretation logic, and any assumptions or limitations to relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain collaborative networks with business and other stakeholders.
- Consult with stakeholders and coordinate the collection of data from multiple sources.
- Stay informed about legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to the correctional jurisdiction.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience and ability to analyze, interpret, and solve complex data problems.
- Application of sound research and analytical skills for investigating issues and analysing business data associated with corrections.
- Experience and understanding of program data analytics, forecasting, and modelling methodologies.
- Exceptional document and version control to provide accurate and current data for reporting and decisionmaking.
- Skills and experience in the preparation of reports and complex written documentation within a structured framework.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work autonomously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proven highlevel negotiation and liaison skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks.
