About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Daily picking and packing of samples, ready to be mailed on the same day
  • Sending of samples to internal & external stakeholders from picking lists entered by Sales Coordinators
  • Ensuring the Samples Department presentation is maintained in line with Brand expectations
  • To work autonomously within the administration team
  • To develop a cooperative effort with the Sales and Admin team, establishing expectations through good communication and followup skills
  • To be responsive to all requests for information either from Clientele, Sales Reps, Colleagues or Manager/Director
