The Company Profile:

Based at Acacia Ridge, our client are the leading manufacturer of high quality expanded polystyrene products used as the preferred material for building, construction, civil engineering and various other projects requiring insulation, cladding, void forming, flotation and light weight fill solutions.

They have provided smart and innovative lightweight building and construction solutions to civil engineering, commercial and residential projects.

The Role:

We are looking for a forklift operator to join their team. The role is full-time hours, Monday to Friday 2pm starts. You must be available for 2 weeks of day shift training 6an to 2pm. This role will have you loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing and putting away stock in racking

Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading Trucks
General yard duties and forklift operations
Loading and unloading stock
Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times

Reliable transport
Forklift ticket
Some mechanical knowledge in regards to using tape measures and hand tools
Able to work in a team environment
Good attitude
