$120k - $130k + Super (Depending on Experience)

The Role:


Our client is a global organisation on the lookout for an experienced IT Disaster Recovery Analyst to join their team.

- $120k - $130k + Super (Depending on Experience)

  • Disaster Recovery / IT Risk Assessment / Documentation
  • Sydney Based 6 Month Contract

Your Responsibilities:


  • Drive the design, implementation and communication of IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans and processes
  • Review and update the IT Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
  • In conjunction with business product owners, review and update critical recovery measures (eg RTO, RPO, MAO) and align related interdependencies
  • Develop procedures, checklists and playbooks for critical activities (eg restoration of service procedures, recovery from unplanned datacentre outages etc)
  • Ensure that the IT Disaster Recovery Plan and associated procedures and supporting documentation are maintained, tested and improved over time.

About You:


  • Proven experience in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Role
  • Previous experience of IT risk assessment.
  • Previous business analyst experience
  • Membership of BCI or DRII or a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
  • Desireable
