Account Manager - Library Solutions


Location:
Queensland, Australia


  • Fully remote role
  • QLD Territory with quarterly travel to NT & WA
  • Global leader in Library Solutions
- $100k-$110k + super + $12k Car allowance + Toll tag + bonus

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their mission by managing key government accounts, including councils, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government accounts, understanding their needs and aligning our clients solutions to address them effectively.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.

Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the government or education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations effectively.
  • Ability to travel this role will involve significant travel, both all over the state, but also to NT and WA.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Knowledge of library systems or related industries is a plus.
