THE OPPORTUNITY

The purpose of this role is to work with claims staff to demonstrate their competence and capability through completion of learning requirements and assessment.


This role would also be involved in continual improvement and development of the EML frameworks to support team members being the best they can be.

This will be a
permanent position
based in the
Newcastle or Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare for, conduct, and document both training delivery and assessment procedures.
  • Maintain all records in a timely manner and in accordance with required policies and procedures.
  • Participate in and contribute to validation and moderation.
  • Use teaching and assessment methods that are fair, valid, current, and sufficient.
  • Conduct and support training needs analysis with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery of the strategy and objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working within the NSW workers compensation system is desirable.
  • Successful track record in achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, evaluation and problemsolving skills to deliver innovative. solutions throughout the continuous improvement lifecycle.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management and prioritisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and drive to provide a high level of service to our customer.
  • Experience working in a demanding, high volume and deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products including intermediate to advanced skill level of MS Word and MS Excel.
