About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for using data and analytics to drive the continuous improvement of sales force incentives and operations, and ultimately commercial outcomes.

You will lead the Sales Force Incentive programs end to end, including 3rd party support oversight, communication, trouble shooting and continuous improvement.


You will:

  • Work with Sales and Senior leadership on Incentive plan targets, management, and activities
  • Align strategic drivers with performance objectives to ensure sales performance
  • Use data to generate insights that will drive sales strategy and optimisation
  • Provide reporting at a regular and adhoc basis to help determine sales performance

About you?


To be successful in the role, you'll have a strong data analytics background, paired with the ability to quickly understand an organisations strategic goals, and provide insights accordingly.

You'll have the natural ability to build relationships at varying levels, able to adapt your communication style and provide insights that instil confidence at all levels of an organisation.


You'll also:

  • Be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
  • Demonstrate advanced excel capability with the ability to provide informed insights
  • Experience working with sales force performance, or sales force incentive programs is a plus
