WHAT WE OFFER:


We are seeking passionate and motivated administrative officers to join our Emergency Team who understand the importance of high quality administrative support and person centred care in a dynamic environment.

The roster works across the Emergency Department and the Short Stay Unit You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital.

ABOUT YOU:


  • Experience working within an Emergency Department (desirable)
  • Experience working in a customer facing, fast paced and dynamic environment (essential)
  • Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with iPM and EDIS system (desirable)
  • Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
  • A motivated and "cando" attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile

Werribee Mercy Hospital is a General Public Hospital located in the rapidly growing Western suburbs of Melbourne. Our services include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, renal dialysis, emergency, mental health, rehabilitation, aged and palliative care.

The hospital has recently undergone significant expansion with the opening or our new intensive care unit, additional operating theatres and the opening of two new wards, taking the total number of beds to 298.
