Your new role
The Export Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Liaising with customers and overseas offices to coordinate import inquiries and shipments
  • Liaising with Clients, Carriers, and our over sea's partners
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our Clients
  • Coordinate FAK containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, Container Packing, and wharf Delivery
  • Client Invoicing
  • Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
  • Quote Rates
  • Participating in general office and warehouse tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work in a high volume and fastpaced environment is essential
  • Have a current driver's license and own transport
  • Experience with CargoWise 1 will be an advantage, however not essential
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Confident in conflict resolution
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship skills
  • Highlevel customer service skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills
