Are you an experienced marketing professional who is motivated by enriching the lives of people with Disability?

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred marketer to lead the development and ongoing management of Sunnyfield's marketing strategy and business plans to ensure Sunnyfield delivers our mission of enriching the lives of people with Disability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring and innovative leadership in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.

You will lead and manage the Sunnyfield brand, attracting new customers, promoting Sunnyfield services, and providing strategic marketing support to the business units to meet our strategic priorities.

You're a natural strategic thinker. You enjoy the challenge of bringing a vision and strategy to life whilst achieving operational performance.
You embrace innovation through your creative flare or inspiring clients and staff. You pursue and lead innovative ideas to best support our clients, staff, organisation and the communities we support.
You are a change leader who challenges the 'status quo' and drives change to deliver real impact and make a positive difference.
You have proven experience developing marketing collateral, digital programs, and events that support both brand development and lead generation
