The Opportunity:

We are presently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with strong people leadership and mentoring skills.

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve team skills and performance, fostering a positive work culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and excellence, and ensuring timely delivery of products by coordinating with other departments.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for a section within the warehouse function, supporting the management team with day-to-day operations, and ensuring an efficient warehouse operation to achieve business targets, compliance, and productivity, all while ensuring a safe working environment.

Roster:
Monday to Friday


Hours: 6:00AM - 6:30PM (Shift Variations - 38 hours/week)

Wacol Distribution Centre

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Certificate IV in Front Line Leadership or Front Line Management, along with demonstrated experience in warehousing inventory control and stock management.
  • Ability to lead a team with strong people management skills and coaching.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency with keyboard and general computer skills/knowledge and demonstrated experience in warehouse management systems.
  • Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license is mandatory.
