To be successful in this critical role you will:

  • Have relevant degree and qualifications
  • Have 5-8 years of experience in IBM BAW development (or previous versions of IBM BPM)
  • Hands on experience working on
  • Complex Business Process Diagrams (BPDs)-
  • Integration with external services (Web and RESTful)-
  • Creating and maintaining extremely complex screens using Angular JS-
  • Message and Timer events-
  • Undercover agents-
  • Task Management-
  • User and user group management-
  • Process Portal Customisation-
  • Supporting Business by analysing data/tasks in the Process Admin Console-
  • Collaborate in the designing and gathering, reviewing and analysing data/business requirements.
  • Perform solution, pilot evaluation and post implementation phases to ensure appropriate quality and fitness for purpose.
  • Consider solutions that deliver high levels of systems stability, integrity and reliability that adhere to business strategies, objectives and consistencies.
  • Assist the test and implementation teams as required. Be able to debug, analyse and fix issues when required
  • Plan Migration/Upgrade to new versions of BAW
  • Be able to identify possible risks/code changes required and plan activities accordingly
  • Be able to undertake relevant research and demonstrate proof of concept when a new design pattern needs to be implemented.
  • Ensure written unit and integration tests for all developed code follow Bank's standards and maintain test coverage
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, across internal/external teams and peers to refine business requirements and to ensure they are met
  • Have a curious and accountable mindset, Must be proactive and be able to deliver tasks independently
