Forensicare is the statutory agency responsible for the provision of adult forensic mental health services across Victoria.
This position is located at the Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS) in Clifton Hill, 15 minutes from Melbourne's city centre.
CFMHS is a specialist state-wide agency that works with individuals who have a serious mental health illness and have offended or are at risk of offending.
About the Role:
The CTT Coordinator supports the Manager, Community Supervision, Treatment & Transition (CSTT) in overseeing the day to day operations of the CTT program.
Duties:
- Operational supervision of team members
- Service Planning & liaising with stakeholders
- Case management
About You:
- Demonstrated commitment to mental health consumer recovery.
- Qualified as a registered Psychiatric Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist.
- Minimum 5 years post registration mental health experience
- Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
What you need:
Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA).
- Approved degree in Occupational Therapy recognised for membership of Occupational Therapy Australia
- Australian Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA).
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited course or equivalent, or a Doctorate degree in Forensic Psychology from an APS accredited course or equivalent.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA).
- Approved degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
