We deliver an extensive range of fresh meat and seafood together frozen products, drygoods, paper products and cleaning solutions to the food service industry.

The Role


The purpose of this role is to identify and execute learning and development initiatives, across our sales force to build capability across the organisation and ultimately meet business sales objectives and targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate sales training material in a blended format, including 1:1, virtual and/or a classroom environment;
  • Manage the sales academy calendar including, but not limited to, the deliver of the new starter induction program;
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the national sales team at all levels;
  • Manage compliance through the company LMS.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Agile to work in both reactive and proactive environments;
  • Content design experience using different training methodologies;
  • Strong facilitation skills both face to face and virtually;
  • Understanding of sales processes from building relationships to territory management;
  • Happy to travel interstate at regular when required;
  • Ability to build relationships quickly.
