About the role:

Each Contract Manager will lead the contract management activities for one supplier (developer or evaluator) under broad supervision.

The Contract Managers develop procurement and contract documentation, actively monitor contract performance and risks, and identify appropriate strategies to achieve contract outcomes.

Duties:

Develop procurement documentation, including contract management plans.
Advise on and ensure compliance with government and agency procurement and contract management policies (e.g., ensuring that suppliers adhere and meet security requirements).
Use procurement systems to maintain accurate contract records inclusive of contract spend, contractor performance, risk and outcomes.

Required experience/skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Established experience in producing high quality contract and procurement reporting and documentation.
Established experience in managing high risk contracts and formulating contract advice to various stakeholders. Demonstrate sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable experience/skills:

Provide specialist procurement and contract advice to senior stakeholders, including policy exemptions, contract variations, and renewal and extension strategies.
