Description
Primary purpose of the role:
Responsible for identifying, managing and implementing end to end change strategies that support successful and effective delivery of projects.
Ensure change strategies and plans maximise adoption and minimise resistance, and lead to increased benefits realisation and successful outcomes for customers of icare.
Essential requirements:
- Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in business management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience acquired through extensive experience.
- Change management certification or designation essential.
- Highly developed collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
Typical experience:
- 5+ years' experience with Technology or processbased change projects.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
