Trade Overseer - Demountables / Modulars - Goulburn Correctional Centre

About the role

Salary:
$84,782 pa + Incidental Allowance $3,326 pa - Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading.


Position Type:
Ongoing Permanent - Full Time.


Location:
Goulburn Correctional Centre.


About You

  • Proven post trade experience.
  • Have basic computer skills, be resilient with strong time management skills.
  • Willingness to work across varying trades and ability to multitask to achieve operational goals.
  • Understand WHS principals and work within Australian Standards.

Essential requirements

  • Current Certificate III or higher in Building/ Construction or a related trade qualification.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain within agreed timeframe.
  • Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete within specified timeframes
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive to locations as required

It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.
