Where you will be workingThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's building surveying groups. If you thrive on being a part of a dynamic professional environment and have good attention to detail, this is the perfect role for you
This role includes tasks such as:
- Oversee general maintenance of facilities, point of contact for building management and any other contractors
- Provide reception and administrative support to the Management and technical consultants where required
- General administration such as data entry, coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with backoffice functions such as data entry, reporting, scheduling of meetings and minute taking
- Arrange travel plans including flights, accommodation, taxi and corporate car
- Preempting requests and requirements to truly add value to the team and organization
