Description

As a Stock controller and registration clerk, you will be part of a team that ensures that our customers receive a smooth, consistent and exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will support the logistics and local teams in getting vehicles ready for delivery by fulfilling registration processes and by ensuring all items that need to be delivered with the vehicle are on board and ready to go from documents to keys to logbooks.

You will be expected to bring your A-game every day and be an energetic and enthusiastic member of the team, comfortable at juggling multiple tasks on tight deadlines.

As the last set of eyes over a vehicle before it's loaded for delivery to its new owner, you will have an eye for detail and share the high standards of the business.

What you'll be doing

Owning relationships with local Transport offices to ensure speedy registration turnaround on cars
Registration of stock vehicles, renewals, transfers, disposals, and blue slips
Inventory management and making sure the advertised stock on site is as per NSW compliance requirement
Administrative paperwork relating to deal packs and Test drives
Undertaking periodic inventory stocktake
Various other admin duties as required, including post and banking
Owning all customer documentation that needs to go to the customer physically on the day of delivery
Liaising closely with our customer service delivery teams to ensure they are able to execute their customerfacing tasks (e.g., paperwork, car delivery and pickup etc.)

A working knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
Can work under pressure
A valid full NSW Driver's License is must
