In this role you will be responsible for:
Reception / Office Management including
- Welcoming guests
- Answering phone calls
- Office supplies
- Travel bookings
- Marketing collateral procurement
- PPE material procurement
- General admin duties
- Managing stock levels, incoming and outgoing inventory, housekeeping of both warehouses, some admin duties.
- Packing and arranging shipping of orders outgoing domestic and international
- Arranging collection and receipting of orders incoming
- Regular stock takes and investigating stock discrepancies
- Stock take and ordering
- Ordering of shipping supplies
- Warehouse Housekeeping
While hours can be worked flexibly to suit school hours or three days per week, the days of work will include Monday and Friday.
About YouTo thrive in this role you will have:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort with using various computer programmes
- Ability to work in an active role
- 12 years of warehouse or office administration experience preferred
