About this role:

Immediate start opportunity for a senior Architect with developed technical knowledge of Class 2 buildings.

Prior experience with remediation work essential - initially you will be managing a remediation project of a water damaged (and other) multi-Residential building.

You will have a team supporting you through documentation.

This busy and growing studio typically work on high-end Residential work, which you will have the opportunity to be involved across following the completion of the remediation project.

Contract or permanent position Ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with client, builders, stakeholders
Coordinate with internal team
Ensure delivery of highquality documentation
Regular site visits
Produce technical solutions for remediation

Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on remediation projects
Good working knowledge of Revit
Good understanding of the ADG and local codes
Excellent communication skills
Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
