About this role:
Immediate start opportunity for a senior Architect with developed technical knowledge of Class 2 buildings.
Prior experience with remediation work essential - initially you will be managing a remediation project of a water damaged (and other) multi-Residential building.
You will have a team supporting you through documentation.
This busy and growing studio typically work on high-end Residential work, which you will have the opportunity to be involved across following the completion of the remediation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with client, builders, stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal team
- Ensure delivery of highquality documentation
- Regular site visits
- Produce technical solutions for remediation
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working on remediation projects
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Good understanding of the ADG and local codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
