About the Role


This role involves managing the Application Services team to ensure technology is delivered effectively to meet client needs, explore enhancements and opportunities, and maintain operational systems.


You will provide expert advice to the Director, Technology Services and Executive Director, Projects & Technology as part of the AGD Technology Services Management team.

You will also actively contribute to the Technology Advisory Forum and AGD Architectural Review Group.


About the Department


The Technology Services Business Unit plays a crucial role in fulfilling various IT requirements within the department by offering specialized services in areas such as ICT Service Desk and Desktop Support, Infrastructure Management, ICT Contract Management, and more, aligning with AGD's objectives.


Employment Requirements
Successful employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory National Police Certificate clearance by the AGD. Travel may be required for this role.

Must be eligible for a NV1 Security Clearance.
