Work within an experienced maintenance team:

Repairs, preventative maintenance & continuous improvement projects:

-
Full time Afternoon Shifts = 15% Loading

We are recruiting for Maintenance Officers to work within our experienced Maintenance Team performing repairs and preventative maintenance including tasks relating to continuous improvement projects.

These are permanent full time positions available immediately.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will have
- the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- relevant trade qualifications
- good fabrication skills (MIG,TIG and STICK)
- hydraulics /pneumatic qualifications or experience
- familiarity with recording data on MEX or equivalent computer aided programs
- an understanding of Lean Principles
- the ability to work under strict WHS guidelines
- the ability to trouble shoot and work proactively as part of a team
- sound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown response
- the ability to communicate on all levels
- the ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
- access to reliable transport

Desirable
- experience in a fresh food produce environment or similar
- a restricted electrical disconnect / reconnect license will be highly regarded but not essential
- forklift license
