The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Specialist to develop and scale the delivery of our various onboarding, leadership and learning experiences with our fleet of Delivery Professionals.

We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Learning Specialist with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

This role will suit someone with experience in learning and development, with a passion for building ways of working and capability that enable our people to be successful.

The Individual

Indepth knowledge of onboarding, induction best practices in bluecollar work environments
Experience in design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of training
Resultsoriented, prioritises, plans and stays organised in order to meet commitments
Outstanding communication and management skills, with demonstrable results of working across organisational boundaries, in a business partnering role and with diverse groups of people
Holds a CERT IV in Training & Assessment
