About the opportunity


In this role you will be responsible for the development and review of training deliverables, training reporting and support the My Aged Care Capability team.


Working as part of an open and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the day to day management of the contact centre knowledge management system (KMS) and see the impact you are making in the lives of others.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Workforce Capability Manager to improve current training material, and develop and deliver new training materials
  • Work closely with the Operation Analyst to maintain feedback and processes in the knowledge management system (KMS)
  • Manage training and KMS reporting
  • Analyse data to identify business and process improvements and develop solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure consistent and timely information to stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Experience in creating, delivering and assessing training
  • Experience in documenting operational processes
  • Strong reporting and analysis experience
  • A focus on achieving outcomes with strong influencing skills
  • Experience meeting critical deadlines and delivering in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in health and/or government desirable
  • Experience working with or in Contact Centres is desirable but not essential
